Additionally, her credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree, Total Quality Management training, certification and instructional experience in both independent and public education, as well as certification in Children’s Etiquette from the PSOW. Since 1995, Anne has conducted individual and group seminars throughout the southeast and has been quoted and featured as an expert in the field of etiquette and protocol in various medium. Anne Turner Hill has developed programs, such as “SCORE” and the “3 R’s” to assist clients with honing essential impression management skills to accommodate today’s global culture.
